The hotel chain has renewed its collaboration agreement with the Ministry of Equality for another year. Since 2017, Senator Hotels & Resorts has had an alliance with the Women’s Institute as part of the network of «Companies for a Society Free of Gender Violence».
Senator Hotels & Resorts is committed to promoting the social and labour integration of women who are victims of abuse, and this is one of the actions that the company includes in its annual equality plan.
With this programme, the Women’s Institute provides tools and support from collaborating entities such as the Red Cross and the Integra Foundation, among others, to speed up the integration process with psychological support, pre-selection of candidates, pre-employment training workshops, etc.
Thanks to this agreement, Senator Hotels & Resorts will support the economic independence of these women through jobs. This plays an essential role in the recovery process of the victims, as it will allow them to restart a new life away from the situation of abuse.
